TRANSPORTATION
Texas Serenity Academy offers free bus transportation for all students who live within our transportation zone.  We have a fleet of nine school buses and one shuttle bus. Bus transportation is privilege that we offer.  Students must abide by all Texas Serenity Academy transportation rules at all times.  Students who violate the rules may have transportation privileges revoked.  You may request a copy of the Transportation Handbook at the Registrars Office.  Any concerns a parent has regarding bus transportation should be addressed to Mr. Roberts at (281) 820- 9540.
NUTRITION
All students at Texas Serenity Academy receive FREE breakfast and lunch.  We require that all students have the opportunity to eat a healthy, nutritious, breakfast and lunch.  Our menu is in compliance with state and federal nutrition guidelines.  If you have any questions regarding our Nutrition Department please contact Ms. Stewart at (281) 931-8887.

Wellness Policy: Texas Serenity Academy ISD
Federal Public Law (PL 108.265 Section 204) states that by the first day of the 2006 school year beginning after June 30, 2006 all schools must develop a local wellness policy that involves parents, students, a representative from the School Food Authority, school board, school administrators and the public.  The Local Education Authority (LEA) will establish a plan for measuring implementation of the local wellness policy.
Local Wellness Policy - approved by the School Board on 6/14/17. The following changes were made:
  • Requirement to develop a Wellness Plan to implement the Wellness Policy.
  • Requirement to measure the implementation of the Wellness Plan at each campus every year.
  • Implementation results must be made available to the public.
  • Requirement to set standards for foods and beverages provided to students, but not sold, during the school day to students in the Wellness Plan.
